My physical therapist looked me in the eye as he delivered the

"Golf is killing your body. You are out of shape. You are
overweight and your rotator cuff is a problem. Forget about
golf!"

Ouch.

Instead, I began to do some research and spoke with a yoga
instructor in my area.

Since beginning to work with her in July, I have dropped 35
pounds of fat and have really built some serious muscle.

With hardly any effort at all, I'm hitting the ball greater
distances.

Now, you know me. Golf is a mind game.

But the combination of mental golf and yoga for your body
is incredible.

Therefore, I'm thinking of putting together a teleseminar where
you would be able to ask my yoga teacher, Cindy, any
question about your body and golf.


You'll see Cindy working with me in a pose that is doing the
following:

1. Increasing strength in the entire body.
2. Adding flexibility to my back.
3. Allowing me to develop awareness of different parts of
my body.
