Just when it looked like Vijay Singh would cruise to another Buick Open victory, Tiger Woods made the final round interesting. Woods made a late surge from eight shots down Sunday, but his 6-under 66 wasn't enough to complete the comeback. Singh closed with a 70 and came away with a four-stroke victory.
