VANCOUVER (CP) - It's been a long road back to the PGA Tour for Ian Leggatt. The 39-year-old from Cambridge, Ont., missed most of the 2004 season after needing to have two wrist surgeries. He's been playing in 2005 on a major medical exemption and has made just three cuts in 11 events so far.
